I didn't ever get a reply but incase anyone is looking, I ended up finding "Lapse It" and that worked great!

I haven't personally tested capturing for more than 10 hours at a time, but since Velocity Lapse captures images and not straight to a video, it shouldn't have issues over long periods of time.

I see. The three main apps I've tested are Frame Lapse, Lapse It Pro and Time Lab (I think that's what it's called).
