Procreate is the industry standard. You can download brush packs online and import them. (Easy to do with the safari app) also look into the freetone color download from culture hustle. It gives you lots of colors you can use for designs.

Haven’t used clip studio, but I never bothered looking at other drawing apps Procreate did everything I needed without changing my pencil paper workflow hardly at all. Procreate is totally worth the money, honestly I would have paid more for it.
