The one I use is Smokefree and I highly recommend it. It has a paid version which imo is pretty cheap as well as an absolute steal. It's best feature is this chatbot that is surprisingly really effective at keeping you off from cigarettes.

Quitsure app. I just started it. It has gotten really good reviews and my friend who has been a life long smoker - is on her second week nicotine free. If you start it - make the commitment to finish the 6 days.

If you like a program to start or stop a habit, check out Freedom From Smoking, which is through the American Lung Association. It’s a very successful smoking cessation program and I found it very effective— I haven’t smoked in over 25 years!

Ive never been a huge drinker, and I only smoked when I did go out and have a few. Now I've turned into your stereotypical Wisconsinite. Has anyone found any apps that are actually helpful with this? Or other resources if you've ever found yourself in a similar boat?

I use smoke free ! I like the accomplishments/ certificates and tracking of money / days saved. ... If you are willing to try hypnotherapy, I quit after 40 years using Chantix and Max Kirsten’s Quit app. I think the app is $7. The Chantix helped with cravings.

You'd throw the gizmo away, as well as your remaining smokes. Can't remember what it was called. ETA: I found it. ... I used habitaca for daily checklists and Quitsure to permanently quit! If you actually wanna stop, I can't recommend QuitSure enough !!!

I’ve been using QuitTracker and I enjoy it because it is mobile and desktop friendly, and shows health and financial benefits from quitting. Plus there’s a help bot to talk about things when you need it. ... Smoking Log to track every smoke, where, when, why and then to cut back to one less per day.
