Runna through my work, but NRC has the best guided runs since it’s real coaches giving you actual advice. It’s more engaging and teaches you how to maintain breathing, form, and effort based on YOUR effort, not pace.

Agree with u/Working-March . SportWerks is the best option for PW1. I also was terribly disappointed with the fb app and searched (and searched!) for a good one. SportWerks is everything you will want as a new runner.
