Rideshare is a complete disaster.

It really depends on what country you’re going to. Each country has the own ride share apps, public transportation, taxi, etc. I also know countries have their own apps for public transport directions incase google maps or apple maps don’t suffice.

The advantage of G7, the official taxi company app, is that taxis can use the bus lanes so you might save a bit of time.

The driving recklessly is subjective. Bolt will get you there one way or another with great speed whereas G7 will get you to your destination with more of a professionalism - that's the best way I can put it haha.

Be it the two bastards currently on top, or someone else. ... So the two dominant rideshares cant make a profit (lyft has never posted a profit and uber has one time, ever) but three rinkydink apps are going to make it work in on barely mid sized market while having to pay exorbitant guaranteed rate...

My tip: uber and lyft, compare the prices. Create ride passes to try and save when the surges are high, its $2 per pass but its "saved" me some money when the surges made my ride cost $50.

I have tried once before but it took a long time to find a driver. Hopefully with some more drivers and more riders it’ll takeoff. Definitely worth a shot! ... I took Empower to JFK. It is at least 20% cheaper than Uber and Lyft.
