Med List Pro is the best one I've used. I have to do a specific med every 72 hours; All I had to do was set the 72 hours when inputting the med and it automatically tracks and reminds you.

Hey everyone, I’ve tried pretty much every medication reminder app out there. I built Pillo to cover more types of medication schedules than any other app I’ve seen.

Pill Reminder, Did IMed Take My Meds? and RxDroid were all nice but didn't have a proper history tracking feature. MyTherapy was even better but the tracking is really basic and for some reason I couldn't change the default notification sound ...
