I would recommend the Learn Photo365 app. I have it for iOS, and it's awesome. It's full of tips and inspiration for taking better and more interesting photographs. Also helps if you are taking part in a 365 photo challenge/photo a day project.

I never liked the stock Pictures software/app that came with Windows 10. It was slow and eat hell lot of memory. For a long time, my best alternative was the Windows 7's stock picture viewer, which you can enable through a simple registry file.

I would also add the PhotoPills app. I feel like it does most of this too minus the camera shot and the light meter. Has some amazing features ... Photopills and the Photographers Ephemeris need to be on the top of this list. ... PhotoPills is on Android now, and worth the $15 IMHO.
