I love the stoic app. It has morning preparation, Evening reflections which you can costumize, lots of quotes and affirmations from stoicism, Buddhism, taoism, modern(pop culture and inspiration). Then there are different breathing exercises and meditations and lots of journal exercises/ideas ... Wo...

What FREE app do you use for meditation?

Healthy Minds Program. This is by far the best free meditation app I've tried (I've also tried the other ones mentioned in this thread btw). This is actually better than Headspace, which is the leading paid app.

Any good meditation apps

... Headspace has a great interface ... a course of 2 weeks or so, I think calm has something similar too! Liked them both ... Healthy minds is a wonderful app....

Is there a truly free meditation app that's actually good?

I got headspace for free when I was a student, and used it to get a good foundation. However, after a while I stopped using guided meditations and just done it unaided with the Insight Timer app simply to keep time.

It's the Sway app by Ustwo (creators of Monument Valley) and Pausable. It's "mindfulness in motion" as they say and I find it amazing to practice mindfulness on the go. It tracks your movement through the gyroscope and gives you sound feedback ...

Open is my new favorite. I love how many breathing exercises there are and the UI is really nice. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/open-breathwork-meditation/id1482725254 ... Best way to be mindful is to turn off the phone in the evening. You don’t need more apps.

What are some Mindfulness tools, books, and apps that you use? : r/Mindfulness

Medito is a fully-free app that imo is much better at teaching mindfulness and meditation than any paid app I've tried or used, and it's actually much more focused on it than those apps. Insight Timer has a really convenient timer for meditation and you can use it for breathing too, but on...

Calm or Headspace? Which meditation app do you prefer?

r/Meditation
Gaia is so worth the cost. Amazing platform ... I love the shows the best. My favorite is Greg Bradden, Joe Dispenza but honestly there are TONS of of great programs. As far as the meditation I don’t do guided much because it’s super easy for me to get into the unified field by following my breath.

Which is the best meditation app for a beginner?

r/Meditation
Balance is an awesome app! Free for the first year then you have to pay but I used it so much I bought a discounted lifetime subscription ($140) and it's very worth it imo. There's a lot you can do and they have 10 day plans that focus more on one topic, and allow you to adjust the time of...
