I use the Ravit app for all my Ravelry needs, as far as searching/purchasing patterns, stash tracking, and such. I think Ravelry has some kind of hand in it (might own it? Just basic features like row and stitch counters. ... I have the paid version of Knit Companion and I love it. Stacy from Very Pink Knits YT channel did an in-depth tutorial series on how to use all its features.

I don't know about the first requirement but I recommend KnitCompanion. Has all kinds of snazzy, nifty features and offers iCloud sync, although I don't know if that's a paid feature.

But on the go I really like using Knit Companion for having my patterns at hand more easily. It links with my Ravelry account and I can download the patterns I need access for on the go I think more easily than the Ravit app.

I mostly use Row Counter on my tablet, but also have it on my phone and it syncs seamlessly, no issues switching between the two if I'm taking my knitting with me but don't want to take the tablet!
