... Hi, I'd recommend giving "Lilla Math" a try. I created it for my daughter to help her practice basic math in a fun and engaging way while freeing me from quizzing and correcting her.

It probably does the best job at explaining math concepts to kids, and the visuals are great. It's also the most expensive resource on this list, but I think it's worth it, especially for parents that might not be so great at math themselves.
