I always used Anki and always will continue using Anki :). For exams specifically you could also try getting ChatGPT/Claude to generate some variants of questions you struggle with, I do that a lot when learning in my free time

I used Jeremy krugs ultimate review packet one month before the ap exam and got a 5, I highly recommend it as a study review resource a month or 2 before the exam, and not a full year learning resource tho
