Way late to this party, but I'm looking at "Drum Beats +" which was recommended by YTer Jo Bywater Guitar Tuition (no, I'm not her; I'm not even on the same continent as she--presumably--is).

I highly recommend ATLAS. Then there are all kinds of really polished realistic sounding drum kits. IK's MODO Drum is an example. Addictive Drums is another.

Funky Drummer is one of the most amazing and realistic sounding drums I have come across. There are a bunch of different drumming apps by the same creator, all are really good. They may not be able to do all the things you listed but it’s worth checking out
