Yes it's named Data Monitor on F-droid. You can get live data usage in the notification drawer but it doesn't have the ability to limit your internet (like cutting it off if you exceed the limit) ... Thanks. Its working Finely Best!

Yes it can do that. Make sure the persistent notification is enabled in the app notification settings (System Settings > Apps > Glasswire > Notifications). In Glasswire, create a data plan. It can be monthly, 30 days, daily, or whatever aligns with your actual service plan.
