I recommend this app often. I'll never use anything else ever again Continue this thread ... Carb manager is great, as stated above. If you want more in depth coaching and macros that adjust with your goals. I will say that if you are doing CrossFit , you NEED carbs and carbs are not the enemy.

Also jumping in recommend MacoFactor. I think it’s about $75/year. I did CrossFit for 5ish years before I got it and in my experience dialing in calories and macros made a big difference for getting stronger, having enough energy, getting to the right weight range etc.
