Have a look: BuddyBar.io you can pick colors using an eye dropper tool, save templates, extra colors from an image etc. and then in one click. It copies the hex to your clipboard. Another benefit is I also made a chrome and windows version and they sync. ... Any that also have accessibility features...

I did try out Trello as well, and although the free version limits the amount of "boards" you can have, you can do themed boards of checklist items like "home", "work", etc. So that one might be worth a try.
