What Reddit Says About Calendar Tracker Apps

I'm looking for a desktop to-do or calendar app that has adjustable day start/end times for tasks.

I use HabitNow (currently android only). It has Habit Tracker and Todo list. Paid once and the developer mention it will have cross platform sync with PC device (so not only mobile exclusive).

Todoist, Google Calendar, ATracker. For note taking it really depends on what you use it for and how in dept it needs to be. I prefer Workflowy but it's entirely bullet point based architecture.
