Accuweather has current air quality and forecast. I use pollen.com for allergy triggers.

I can see how it would be useful to have an app help me track my allergies to see whether they get worse and when/how. I’ve had two accidental exposures (one was cross-contamination) in the past two months and they were awful, whereas in the past I wasn’t worried about severe reactions.

I have your same allergy. This is not an easy allergy to manage for a beginner. Not only do you have to eliminate what you touch. You ALSO have to avoid what you eat. Did you get a patch test and was positive to this alone? Or are you also positive to Balsam of Peru?
