So, I just found out that App in the Air is shutting down as of September 19th, 2024, and honestly, I’m bummed. I've been using it for years to track flights, itineraries, and just about everything aviation-related. They’re giving us until October 19th to export our data, but after that, the ap...

The United app is the best. Makes it so you rarely have to call the helpline. ... It’s solid. I like their use of Dynamic Island on iOS. Other airline apps may offer it by now but really like how there is a countdown when I need to board.

What apps do folks recommend? Edit: I'm looking to fly LAX>NYC>BOM>LAX in Nov/Dec. Need to be in NY/NJ for Thanksgiving. Cannot leave for BOM before Dec 5 but need to be there before Dec 9. Then back to LA but much more flexible on the return trip · Archived post. New comments cannot b...

Scary to think if this failed effort carries over into their other airline operations. ... The SAS app is pretty good. Far better than future majority stakeholder AF-KLM’s. ... United is definitely at the top of the list. American’s comes in second for me. It’s nice that it no longer throws you to t...

UA app is genuinely the best one out of any airline app I've had the (dis)pleasure of using.

C172 Performance - An app that does the performance calculations. The development team scrubbed data from all the relevant POH’s for each model to make this app work. Best of all, it is free.
UA app is genuinely the best one out of any airline app I've had the (dis)pleasure of using.

Just wanna say that the app for AC blows most major airline apps out of the water, especially in NA. The only thing that comes close is United, but the AC UI is so much better imo.

Wife and I are wanting to take a trip to Hawaii soon and curious if travel apps like Expedia and Travelocity are still the best way to go for 2024 or are there better options out there that now then my last trip 15 years ago that would combine the resort and airfare into one payment to simplify the ...

It was always a different site, but most often the airline pages itself in the end, when they have special sales.

I applied to almost all regional airlines listed on Airline Apps.com almost a year ago. I’ve updated my app every two weeks w/ hours and I’ve been at minimums now for a year. I haven’t heard back from any of them.

Unsure of their current services/availability/prices but I’d recommend them! ... Aero Crew Solutions. ... Legacy was great for me. A lot less then the $400 for other sites and they were very fast with my app. I had a interview to invite with Delta the week after I submitted my app. ... If you’re sti...

I’m over 50% successful in getting an interview by applying to other companies directly. Much smaller sample size but noticeable. ... Most airlines on airlineapps use them exclusively. However, some airlines have their own application portal so for those companies you're better off applying the...

For regionals probably not, more worth it when you're applying to majors/legacies. ... I never did for the regionals. And I probably wouldn’t. ... Yes it is worth it and I would recommend it for the regionals even more because you will be filling out a lot of apps now and in the future.

Airline Apps does have a section like that, and it did email the people who will recommend me yesterday. I'm really excited to finally submit, but like you said, it is probably better to wait for them to complete the link before submitting.

I like the AA app. ... Would love to have the standby list integrated like Southwest does. ... Reliability and lack of bugs is whats lacking in most airline apps, AAs especially.

Transcribe all into a digital logbook, recommend MyFlightBook. This makes doing the totals by aircraft type super easy and quick. In Airline Apps, for each ICAO aircraft type, record the type of time they want you to include.

Sounds like flighty is the best iOS one, but I haven't tried it as am on android. There's one for Android called Planes Live that has a few bugs but is simple and clean. Both will charge you but if you need it for critical work it's worth it.
