I use the DECIEM skincare app for both tracking my skin’s progress, building / tweaking / tracking my routine & understanding conflicting ingredients. Then I use a mental health tracker for everything else you mentioned.

I’ve been using Nolla too and it actually works pretty well for acne. You just rescan every couple of weeks and it shows small changes I’d totally miss otherwise. They also send you like a skincare routine home to you in the mail.

Personally, I don't think it's worth buying into an app. Although they contain a lot of useful information, that information is readily available online for free and not behind a paywall.
