This has been a problem with iPhone IT geek, engineers for decades. It used to be I turned on my car and the phone would hijack my stereo and immediately start playing the first song in my music app. — normbal

I switched back to Apple Podcasts after 2 years. It’s just as inconvenient & buggy as ever.
BUGGY: Half my podcasts start 3/4 of the way through. Kinda sucks when you don’t want to hear the ending f— nhand1022
