I originally signed up for Bilt Rewards for one simple reason: earning points on rent. That was the entire value proposition. Pay rent, earn 1x points, make a few transactions each month. Simple.

The app is very basic. Even though it seems like it has lots of features — because it does let you cash in rewards, view transactions — it doesn’t even come close to what other companies let you do in
