It’s funny how quickly a company can change. A couple months ago I spoke with a person for help adjusting something on my account and they went above and beyond to help me. Now a couple months later I★☆☆☆☆
1. There’s never been an issue I have with frontier that I can resolve with the app. Billing issues I have had to call their offices (and they didn’t help me either). The chatbot isn’t a chatbot, it’s★☆☆☆☆
This app is just a bill paying and make your own appts for tech , chat with a stupid robot, that's just a waste of your time! What happened to manage WiFi? Or your activity???? Worthless app.idont knoVeredicto
