After several stays here I have to say that the “upgrades” haven’t made my stay enjoyable. In fact, I actually prefer how reliable things were prior to the remodel. However now if you don’t check in r★★☆☆☆
If 2.5 stars were available, I would do that as the experience was only half bad.
The good:
1. Great location.
2. Rooms well appointed, especially for an older building.
3. Mostly great friendly sta★☆☆☆☆
I forfeited $700 and stayed at a different resort style hotel because of Jasmine’s (Assistant Manager) poor customer service. I purchased a 6 night stay at the Springhill Suites Marriot in Pensacola bVeredicto
