Reinstalling this app for the first time since 2021 immediately forced a password reset with no explanation, which honestly made me wonder whether their platform had been compromised. Not exactly the ★☆☆☆☆
Both the app and website have a lot of opportunity for improvement. Each has been beyond frustrating in attempting to resell tix, giving me an error about not having a card on file in case of seller f★☆☆☆☆
I don’t know if it’s the app itself or the entire Axs system. I believe it’s the whole Axs Tickets system. I purchased tickets for a Vegas show through the show’s website and was instructed to get tVeredicto
