The app and apartment options themselves are alright but it spams you and fills your emails with useless solicitations that don’t match your search. The recommendations are terrible.

If the price is too good to be true , it is. Deleted it bc of all of the fake “realtors” who offer you a lease only to ask you to wire money instead of using a tenant portal like a regular property management company would. Do not download these apartment apps!! They’re SCAMMERS ON THESE APPS.

There is absolutely zero support from this company. Great option while things are working, but when there is an issue you might as well go talk to the sky. Horrible support.

It has a wonderful bunch of listings and it’s great at notifying you every day. But you can’t make appointments on their platform. Or maybe you can but you won’t know you did because you get an error message. I had to call the properties directly each time. Good luck finding your spot!

The map shows available options, but when I tap on any of them, none open. When I tap ‘list,’ I get a message saying there are no options available. Why do they appear on the map then?
