Now just crashes on open, nothing I can do, reinstalling didn’t work.
I’ve been waiting 2-3 hours already to convert the videos on my laptop so I can play them on my iPad.
This vlc is inscrutable on the ipad. I see none of the menus shown in the windows version. I cannot open files if i want to, unless the playvlc comes up for some for some reason i cannot figure out.
App does not work as a standalone iOS VLC app. It requires a pc/mac host to function. Not even close to feature dense as the real free to download open source and buggy vlc player currently on the store.
The only reason I installed this app was so I could stream from my pc to my chromecast using my phone. It doesn’t do that. I can’t see any reason to keep this app. Waste of money.
If you have hours to spend troubleshooting your firewall, router and PC it works great!
This app is not usable. Even after using its transfer dvd to iPad, playback is intermittent, just stops, or looses audio. Want my money back. Won’t buy from these people ever again. PC application for streaming that mates with this app seems to work - but is buggy as well. Processing of dvd just ...
