It lets me add my information,then when I click daily pay it returns to the login page.so I can’t access the daily pay
It always says “Sorry, it’s not you, it’s us”. I can rarely get his to load on a laptop or my phone. I work in healthcare and hate that my employer is using a third party app. Can’t get my paystubs etc… been trying all day… again🙄
The app is very good and helpful. Lately it has been very slow to load the main page / log in
If a company uses this leave them. For 3 years I couldn’t request time off or add a dependent I’ve got 88 hrs pto rn and still can’t use it
The daily pay option has been down for over 2 weeks. It never refreshes
Why doesn’t it show a time card?? i had another app with my job and they had a time card but this one doesn’t and that would actually help a lot if they had that feature so i can see how many hours i worked
The app indicates to reset password, once you hit forgot password it indicates to check your email to reset, no email was sent not even in the junk folder
