Catastrophic reliability issues with login system completely broken and practice plans failing to save consistently, making core functionality unusable

Good app. Whiteboard Controls need some help.

The Mobile App version does not open images that were loaded into the Plan Builder. Images loaded into the Plan Builder via the desktop version or by the App cannot be opened. When attempting to open an image from my mobile device (iPhone) the App closes.

Half the time I try to use it & all the content is unavailable. I have to delete the app and re-download it, several times, to get it running properly again.

Videos don’t play. Would be great to be used but that’s a limiting factor. Password doesn’t accept special characters with account, had to reset my password to get in with something less complicated despite it working online.

Even though I can sign in fine on the web as a coach, the app login fails every time.
