High subscription cost with intrusive ads

"I pay for premium but still get ads."

Must have the ability to add events/games to my calendar. Other sporting apps have this and it’s extremely useful.

The NYT is so addicted to ads for gambling and smoking that the experience is so poor I’m cancelling. The only upside are the rational commenters though the number of bots and political extremists is wrecking that experience as well. What once was the best experience has become the worst.

The app and writing use to be great. Signed up for the year sub on Black Friday. Now it’s a feed full of “How to stream x game”. Or, even worse they make everything political. Just let sport be sport…
