Why does this app shut of my music when it opens. Why does the app need to connect to the internet to work.

Terrible platform to track activities and steps. Mine stopped syncing and I’ve tried disconnecting device, deleting the app, and reinstalling and reconnecting, and still no solution to the syncing problem. Contacted support, and they are slow to help. 0 stars if I could.

The app constantly logs me out. I’m also using it because we’re in a competition at work, but it’s irritating that I’ve lost points due to not being able to log. The app gives errors, logs me out every day (which sounds simple but when I have to log in through my work email, it makes it difficult).
