Inability to accurately identify songs and general app instability.

"Doesn’t work for anything!"

"It hasn’t recognized a single song in over a year."

Have consistently had issues with the app recognizing a song, despite turning up volume, being in an otherwise silent area, etc. Not worth using.

Years ago I paid for this to get rid of ads. Haven’t used it in several years, and to my surprise it won’t restore my purchase. Crooks.

This didn’t work at all.. I don’t recommend installing.

I have tried to use this app numerous times over multiple years and never once has it successfully given me the song name of what I’m trying to find whether I’m humming or using some of the lyrics, whistling or anything. It has never worked.

2 time 2026 Grammy award winner on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert and nothing. Crickets. SoundHound sucks!!!

Not much to elaborate on. It used to be awesome, a perfect alternative to stupid paid apps, just to find a feckin song? But in the last year it has gotten worse and worse and now it can’t recognize well known songs 95% of the time. Not sure if they’re not upgrading or what but SoundHound SUCKS BALLL...

This app went 👎 Doesn't recognize songs more often than not, with some of the artists popular.

This used to be my go to for identifying songs- loved it. Recently the ads have been x-rated with no warning. No thanks.
