Limited functionality on mobile compared to desktop

Having issues creating a new sheet. Looking to contact customer support and the interface sends me in circles of just constantly logging on and back into my region. This has been the worse experience of any app I’ve ever used.

Updates every other time you attempt to open. After last update it will not open at all. I suggest using a more reliable app. This is the problem with trying to run a business using multiple apps instead of humans.

I use with an older IPad. Version 18 is not available for it. But the new Smartsheet update requires it. Disappointing.

Good app but shut down sometimes

I used Smartsheet paid by the company I used to work for and loved it. I am now self employed and wanted to continue using it but was so disappointed when I can only have 10 widgets per dashboard. That’s basically just the titles for each section. I was going to get the Business account but I can’t ...

No matter how many times I’ve tried canceling my account, reached out to customer service and did what they told me multiple times my account is still active and they keep charging me. It’s been almost a year of charges.

Takes numerous tries to get app to open

Whatever you did on the 10/30/25 update it won’t allow android users to open up anything in Smartsheet. The ticket shows up but when you open it there’s no link to open it and input your data. Please fix it soon, it’s vital to our job!
