This is mass-market fitness, not serious training. Loads are timid, movements are repetitive, and there’s no real progression. It’s built to feel safe and approachable, not to drive strength or hypertrophy.

this app will having you doing cable exercises and hip thrusts in the same set with a 45 second rest. the exercises are overly complicated and ineffective, and this app is not worth the money.
Not enough guidance on what muscles are supposed to be targeted, how to setup a lift and how to execute a lift properly. Pretty app but bad instructions.
Great exercise range but it’s barely customizable. You learn to use it as you go. Exercises are arranged as if you have a whole gym to yourself. The AI feature is useless
