Unfortunately the feature that I need most is no longer available? Export to CSV/Excel. My form has a proprietary DB and used that format to import contacts. Support says it’s there but it’s not on the latest version.

I don’t think the technology has changed to try to use AI. In my opinion, it should attempt to fill in all the fields rather than leave them blank. I thought it used to do that.

Easy but sometime freeze,

I have used this app for many years. It’s easy to use and very helpful. I love it!

Hard to edit the scan. Jumps all over the page.

Hard to edit because the screen jumps around. Go to edit name and it jumps to the email.

This used to work great but now it doesn’t always find the text to load and when you click on a field to edit it the window scrolls up and you can’t see what you’re typing. The compliant field also can’t be selected and edited anymore.
