It’s a beautiful 72° sunny day. People are at the lake having a great time, but the kayaks are “under hibernation status due to weather and safety conditions.” No refund possible.

It won’t get you delete your card from the app. The customer service can’t even do that. I got a random charge from this company and they wouldn’t delete my card from my account. I needed to cancel my credit card and get a new one. Huge hassle.
