The definition of insanity is expecting a different outcome when you do nothing new. You take the same horrible developers that created the original Rain Bird app and you have them create an equally horrible Rain Bird 2.0. What is wrong with you guys?

This app is junk. I migrated from the previous version only to be locked out of my account. Repeatedly attempts to reset my password fail. I reached out to Rainbird support and they ignored my emails.

My first time using this app and I think the developer have ton of improvements to make, app doesn’t work well need better communication.

App warned that “custom program names” would be lost but they didn’t mention that All names for all your zones are gone along with your photos. Also just getting into the app (with new user and tons of personal info requested) plus redoing controller connection and upgrading firmware took about 30 ...

I can log into my current app fine, but this doesn’t acknowledge my username, password, and I never receive any email to reset. Pretty sure this just doesn’t work yet and hasn’t been tested.
