App crashes when starting courses

I like to use this app as an easy intro to a new topic. I like the cheat sheet of key words with quick explanations and examples. I wanted to reset my password wanted to input the code they sent me to my email and error. Stupid thing now that i exceeded my daily reset password because of it i have lifetime membership and now i have to pay again and what about my certificates. So stupid

Bought Lifetime, unistalled app for some time installed it and have to buy again with same account. There help center no longer exists

Whenever I start a course the break down and get out of the app!

I purchased lifetime for 40$ it doesn't appear on my PC and ipad and when I log out then log back it it's no longer there fix this.

Bought the Pro membership years go and have been using the app on and off. I’ve had to contact for help/fix multiple times and they can never resolve the issue very inconvenient. For an app that’s about programming/technology this seems like something that shouldn’t be happening. Definitely a scam.

course keeps crashing, support in no longer existent, the web version and the app version don’t sync. Has problems generating certificates. The materials are good and have a lots of potential. But it appears to be of no longer interest for its developers.
