"App is not showing any correct details regarding my loan, instead it's showing "you don't have any loans yet". Couldn't pay the monthly due balance, payment option is showing as "All Paid Up!!""

Loans disbursed at 4% and then hiked to 14% rate. If you want to pay more money they charge you on that too. Every transaction is priced. The interest amount keeps shooting and no consolidation for students.
Bad, unintuitive UX. Only take a Prodigy loan if you absolutely have to.
This app has very limited functionality and is riddled with errors. When you call Prodigy directly, they don’t have the ability to do much that the app can’t, either. Very disappointing. Prodigy needs to get with the times and invest in their technology.

The developers completely messed up the latest update and you cannot access loan statements anymore (even though the option is supposed to be there).
One of the worst. They don’t respond properly. The most regrettable thing. They charge you double when settling the amount.
Have to delete and download app again and again everytime when I have to login since the latest update!!
