Frequent crashes and poor customer support

"App crashes constantly, can't even open it."

"No response from customer support after multiple attempts."

I’m very excited about using this app and I upload my pictures And select, and the only option is to delete or to click an ad to create an avatar. There is no next step button. Then when I go to submit feedback to report a bug, the buttons don’t work.

Low resolution output for the Pencil Tones and many other styles even with a premium subscription. Worthless.

I’ve had enough of your BS. I used to create beautiful full page photo art where I can apply Prisma in pre-selectable gradient. Now those features are gone and now, so am I this app has been significantly downgraded since I got it years ago

Can’t create an account with email. Error: “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” Well… that’s helpful. No idea what went wrong.

Crashes every time - too bad because it was once a great app

Instead of giving me a three-day trial period, they charged me for a year subscription! Don’t do the trial! It’s a dark pattern.

Prisma is a great app for photo editing. However, you cannot save photos unless you give the app permission to access ALL of your images. I had my privacy settings to “add photos only,” yet, the app wanted access to all my photos. Shame on you! Thankfully, I found my own workaround, buyer beware!

It has been a while since I used prisma and it is not great, very disappointed. A bunch of stuff has been added but it makes no sense. It was so nice & easy before.
