Needs work. When it’s time to leave an assessment review, the app doesn’t stay open long enough.

It would be great to actually use the device but unfortunately you require a confirmation of email and despite having tried with different email addresses each time I tried to create an account. I don’t actually receive the confirmation email so I can’t actually get past the account creation screen…...

Device works good but the app won’t open at times really is bad when you have a migraine.

I have to do 2 treatments in a row to get rid of my migraines and you only have a handful of treatments per devise. There should be a way to charge the devise and refill from app at a reduced price vs buying a new one each time. I would also recommend allowing the treatment to be stopped and resumed...

After completing all the work up with the arm ban to work, i turn the device on also with my telephone and nothing happened. Now you’re thinking that this is a waste I have a migraine I’m trying to do something about it and I go to put on my arm band in the machine does it come off? Very frustrating...
