This app forces a logout everytime you swipe out and it’s very annoying when you’re trying to park quickly. Add a Face ID or passcode login option PLEASE!
Tell me why this crashes when I hit purchase and then says “wrong login info” why would you even let me login if it wasn’t right.
Handy to use. For sure better than seeking out one of the pay stations. But routinely errors when paying via Apple Pay, requiring me to log back in and do over. Also oddly logs me out after paying. Why? If they just fixed those two errors, this would be pretty seamless for me.
As others have reported, you need to complete your transaction fast before it invalidates your session if you’re using Apple ID. Hopefully you aren’t in a hurry or have poor connection! It’s very annoying.
When signing in with Apple credentials, the app signs me out within a minute every time. You have to get your parking info in quick before the app boots you. Always get signed out seconds after paying
Logs you out as soon as you click on anything other than parking / confirmation. Example: I am trying to view my parking history and every time I click on one transaction to view it, once I go back to the list, it will log me out and say “oops, incorrect username / password”.
Easy to use app but takes longer to sign back in every time. Other parking apps I’ve used let you stay logged in.
The app consistently signs me out even immediately after purchasing parking. I’ve tried contacting their support team and the Minneapolis department that oversees parking, but no one has been able to help. Giving a 1 Star to reflect the continuous poor experience and not fixing this issue.
