The tier system is absolutely ridiculous

I was over charged at least 9 times for over $900. The purchase would time out chips not added to my account but I was still charged. Disputes were all denied and purchases never restored. Beware!

The rewards suck now… Makes the MGM apps completely a waste of time. Now it’s just another mindless slot game like any other app on here. Again, total waste of time. Bring back the OG premium rewards like FreePlay and rewards that make it worthwhile to want to spend time or God forbid money app.

Waste of time . You will win occasionally but winnings will never grow because no matter what you do . They will take it all back so you come again the next day to claim . This is BS

I haven’t spent money and the app has given me no reason to. They have these live tournaments and all they do is force you to waste chips.
