It’s an amazing app, but it messes with your workout and Move ring on your Apple Watch, and it will subtract the workout when you hit complete in the app.
Absolutely hate this app. It is entirely non-intuitive, the workout duration is not accurate, you cannot change the program after you’ve set up the app, and the recommended reps and sets are awful. I can’t believe how disappointed I am in this app.

Doesn’t suggest weights for the workouts so it can learn or so you can get started overcomplicated to use , Fitbod is less complicated and easier to use.
