Severe app functionality issues and poor customer support.

"The instructions will not download; keep getting 'download model error.'"

"Email address for customer support comes back as delivery error and user does not exist."

This app is good just some of the pieces are missing and I searched the whole thing and found nothing.So I wouldn’t get this, also it has like 600 steps for the robot, I expected like 50.

This software is useless without the ability to register it with UBtech, and their server always reports system error when trying to set up an account.

I’m just playing what do you want on the Roblox instead? It won’t work the piece won’t fit so this app is just routing so I just thought I just I’m just gonna throw this thing a Way.
