Its a trap: if works once in a lame mode then asks you to either subscribe or leave.
The app seems pretty cool if you’re doing single step workouts. If you are doing a workout that has 2 timed movements you cannot. It only allows 1 workout then a rest per round. Example jog 5min plus 1min burst then rest.

I downloaded this app a few weeks ago and saw I could purchase the lifetime subscription for $12.99. I came back the other day to purchase and the lifetime subscription is now $34.99. App is fine but it spams you for a written review even after you pay for it, which is obnoxious.
