Questions won't load when I enter the sections, both verbal and math. Please fix.

This app is constantly freezing. The only way to fix the issue is to close the app completely, therefore losing my previous questions answered.

It’s is not intuitive, basically watch videos and move on, no practice to see if you master the skill. Basically a GRE text prep book with videos.
