I had just made an account and paid for a subscription and it won’t let me login because they are saying my email is no valid knowing that I put the right email I tried contacting but they still say invalid email made a new account and still saying invalid email

Apps are hard to log in to. Tends to give me an error message more often than not on my TV when trying to use the app. Smh

As others have mentioned the new update makes this app completely unusable. The app no longer supports Chromecast and the airplay feature is nonfunctional. Live TV will not work regardless of trying cast to a TV. Don’t bother subscribing as this app is no longer worth it.

Having trouble adjusting to the recent update on baby first app. Constant buffering on live TV, the airplay feature has been removed, as well as the Lock Screen option.

With the new update it is difficult to use the app and I can no longer screen play. I pay for the app so I can airplay it to my TV for my kiddo.

This was always a great app. After switching from Comcast, we loved the app for our daughter. However, they have recently changed it so we can’t cast from the app to our tv and are very disappointed about this change. The casting feature is the only reason why we paid for the app.
