I was enjoying the app until I had to decline the ads at the end of the order :-/
Usually when I use the app I choose check pickup and choose my location, so all of the shoes they have “available” show up. But once I click on a pair and select my size it’s not available for shipping or for pick up. But it’s not just me shoe size, I click on bigger sizes, for example 9, 10,11 etc ...
Was unable to reset my password and use coupon- tried 5 times. Gave up.
I have been always the one who pick my wife's order and I have also a separate account when I order myself but the store refused to give the pick up order this time. I have the email confirmation and the order number but they looking for the id who ordered it. Weird but okay, I guess no more DSW for...

Every time I use this DSW app there is a discrepancy with shipping speed. The app with state it’s avail to ship quicker than actually possible. First time I had to scramble last minute for an event, second time their “chat” option confirmed it’s inaccurate. USE THE WEB
