Poor mobile functionality and app crashes.

Would be great and more user friendly to be able to fill or make fillable and or check instead of having to create a textbox for each block

Would not allow me to sign my document, no matter what I did. Would not even upload the pdf and continued to fail.

My phone is currently on all updates and it is a 15! Why can’t I send documents from this app anymore???? I need this for my work and you are making things very difficult that I have to go to a computer to send but can finish on my phone!!! Do better!!!!

This is the slowest buggiest app ever used! I’ve spent 10 minutes just trying to fill out a W9!

Unintuitive and very hard to position text boxes. No pre-set address nor phone numbers possible; unlike signatures and emails saved in profile, you must type out info every time.

When you pick an item on document sign it zooms way in and makes it hard to see what you are typing! And when you scroll around the document it grabs text blocks and moves to undesired locations.
