What Users Really Think About DICE: Live Shows

I just purchased a ticket and it’s not on the app.

Any time there is a big event the tickets sell out within a second. There is no way this app hasnt been comprimomised by bots. I’ve never had this issue on Resident Advisor or Even Ticketmaster.

I had to download this app to get tickets for a local venue. I tried to login with my phone number, and did not receive a code. I don’t like that I had to download the app to access my tickets. Every other ticket vendor I have dealt with gives you a choice.

Waiting for Noori to respond to my follow up on a request ticket. Got sent a generic message the first time and I asked for more information. Been waiting for a few.

Buyers beware when you buy tickets, if needed to get a refund for whatever reason they give you options to choose from however, you can only get refunded on THEIR terms that are if the show gets canceled or it sells out. They don’t allow resale tickets, so now I’m on the waitlist and have no idea if my group will get em. Would have gladly paid whatever resale. Also have no idea if I will miss my chance since you only have 20min to 2hours to buy if you get off waitlist
